A. Right now our deliveries are limited to the DuPont Building and walkable areas around the Hotel. Our challenge is to have someone on standby should a delivery be requested. If you can suggest a candidate, let us know.

 

Q. Can I go into the cooler?

A. Absolutely! We encourage & invite you walk through the cooler and select your stems.

Q. What forms of payment do you take?

A. Aside from cash, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Am Ex, Diner's Club, and debit cards.

 

Q. How long will my flowers last?

 A. Longevity depends on the variety and recipient's display conditions. Flowers on top of a TV or in direct sunlight will not last as long. Additionally, water must be added every day to foam arrangements and/or changed in vase arrangements to decrease the bacteria build-up.

 

Q. How long have you been here?

A. We opened on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) 2007
